SpaceMonster is an online marketplace for space. For guests, you can find many different types of spaces to fulfil your need for space. Our comprehensive search functions allow you to search for spaces to hold your activities such as meetings, seminars and team bonding events. You are able to compare price, reviews and locations of the venues, make a booking to the venue owners directly and pay through SpaceMonster via eNETS payment gateway to secure your booking.
For venue owners, we not only provide you with a platform to reach out to the public, but also a system for you to manage your bookings. Space is expensive and we want to help you maximise them. Why wait, contact us for more information!
How do I get started?
Use our search functions to browse through spaces. If you have specific types of spaces you are looking for, use the advance search filters to filter the results. Found some interesting spaces? Click on the ‘Book’ button to view more information about the space.
How do I secure a booking slot?
There are two kinds of booking you can make on SpaceMonster, one that you can pay and secure the space instantly and one that you have to make an enquiry to the venue owner to approve before you can secure the space. The prior will direct you for payment as you progress through your booking cart while the latter will send you an email confirmation for payment once the venue owner has approved your booking.
How do I know if the venue owner has approved my booking enquiry?
You will receive an email notifying you that the venue owner has approved your booking. In the same email, you will also receive a payment link to pay for your booking.
What do I need when I go to the venue on the actual day?
Please bring along a copy of your booking receipt for your proof of booking made.
How do I create an account?
Signing up is easy. Click the Sign Up on our website and fill in a short form to create an account with us.
How can I view my upcoming or previous bookings?
Sign in to your account. Access ‘My Booking’ from your account details.
How can I update my profile?
Sign in to your account. Access ‘My Account’ from your account details.
What if I forget my password?
Click the Forget Your Password link in the Sign In screen. The system will prompt you for your email address. Your password will be reset by the system and the new system generated password will be generated and sent to your email for you to login again. It is highly recommended to change your password once you are able to login again.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?
Please call our hotline +65 6734 9637 and our service crew will attend to your request. Please note that you will incur 8% non-refundable processing charges from your transaction.
